This is my plan: Kick My Ass Into Shape!
I have never actually been successful in sticking to a diet or exercise routine at all, not even a little bit, however this time it is SERIOUSLY FOR FUCKING REAL.
This time I have a kick ass personal trainer who has mapped out the next few weeks of my life to include quite a bit of working out, at least 4x a week 2x a day, She is making me break up with most of my food relationships and I'm going into this head first!
Right now all I will really be blogging about is my food and exercise routine, somewhat boring but necessary for the success of me.
I'm gonna be honest and sometimes gross but all in good fun and good health.
So far my new Bff's are H2o and Asparagus.
