Week one

Day 1 feeding: (06/20/11)
1 cup coffee w/non fat creamer
½ kashi honey almond flax bar
About 4 small thin slices of honey ham lunch meat.
5 cherry tomatos
1 peach
½ veggie subway sandwich on wheat light mayo with all the veggies
½ avocado
120 fl oz Kirkland sport drink (lemon-lime)
1 apple w/ cinnamon.
About 5 cups of water
Exercise: 6.3533 miles of walking brisk at times.

Day 2 (06/21/11)
1 cup coffee w/non fat creamer
1 packet instant cream of wheat w/ 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt and ¾ of a banana sliced
1small bowl of greens 1 small bowl of tomato vegetable soup w/ 1 cracker packet
2 peaches
1 very large bowl of mixed greens w/ sprouts cherry tomatos and snap peas with a mustard and lemon dressing (light). 1 slice multigrain wheat toast w/ cinnamon
1 apple w/ cinnamon.
H20 140 oz .
Exercise: 25 min run/walk 1 ½ mile Ikea walk
Day 3---- Day of rest---(06/22/11) FLU booooooooooooo.
1 cup coffee w/non fat creamer
1 packet instant cream of wheat w/ 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt and ¾ of a banana sliced
8-14 cherry tomatos
1 Peach
1/3 can of chicken noodle soup, 1 sandwich on whole wheat with 1 slice turkey breast, sprouts, light mayo-mustard, 1 slice cheese
1 apple w/ cinnamon
H20 180 oz
Exercise: none, nada, zilch.

Day 4 (06/23/11)
1 cup coffee w/non fat creamer
1 Banana
2 cup coffee w/non fat creamer
2oz chicken breast and 13 asparagus stalks.
AND THEN OMG—I shit and vomited for 35 min, after I ate the above meal I took a zinc pill to help with my immunity (still feeling a bit of flu) the combination of this made me one sick kitty.
Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich on wheat
H20 = 130
Exercise: used stairs to do laundry, 3 floors skipping steps on way up (not down, no coordination) 8 up 8 down.  Intense house cleaning session for almost 3 hours.
Day 5 (06/23/11)
1 cup coffee w/non fat creamer
1 packet instant cream of wheat w/ 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt and ¾ of a banana sliced
3oz Chicken breast with 1 slice wheat bred w/cinnamon (just the thought of asparagus make me gag a little)
20 cashews
In-Laws in town, I make dinner and over eat: 1 baked chicken breast 1 cusp cous cous ½ medium tomato w cucumbers in a tzatziki sauce, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream with 1 tea spoon dark chocolate fudge

H2O= 140 oz
Exercise: sadly none really

Day 6 (06/24/11)
1 cup coffee w/non fat creamer
1 packet instant cream of wheat w/ 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt with a tea spoon of flax mixed in and ¾ cup of fresh blueberries.
1 big ass pulled pork sandwich (minus one bun)
½ small watermelon
15 cashews
1 apple with cinnamon before bed
H2O= 190 oz

Exercise: 50 min morning run/walk
2 hour evening speed-ish walk

Day 7 (06/25/11)
1 cup coffee w/non fat creamer
1 packet instant cream of wheat w/ 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt with a tea spoon of flax mixed in and ¾ cup of fresh blueberries
1 Vegout on everything bagel from Noah’s -Calories 490 Sodium 960 mg Total Fat 14 g Saturated 7 g Total Carbs 75 g Dietary Fiber 4 g Sugars 9g Protein 19 g Cholesterol 30 mg Vitamin A 40% Calcium 10% Vitamin C 20% Iron 30%.
½ chocolate chip cookie
½ watermelon (small)
1 apple with cinnamon before bed
H2O = 160oz
Exercise: 50 min morning run/walk
Walked/ran a little over 5 miles on Queen Anne

Basically dry and mostly sunny--

Start weight is 162.9

This is my plan: Kick My Ass Into Shape!
I have never actually been successful in sticking to a diet or exercise routine at all, not even a little bit, however this time it is SERIOUSLY FOR FUCKING REAL.

This time I have a kick ass personal trainer who has mapped out the next few weeks of my life to include quite a bit of working out, at least 4x a week 2x a day, She is making me break up with most of my food relationships and I'm going into this head first!
Right now all I will really be blogging about is my food and exercise routine, somewhat boring but necessary for the success of me.
I'm gonna be honest and sometimes gross but all in good fun and good health.
So far my new Bff's  are H2o and Asparagus.
